1.) I require that neither you nor any 3rd party may alter my work, sell, or distribute to "for profit" or for "non-profit" organizations for use. Any type of commercial use requires additional permission and additional fees can accrue.
2.) If buying a art commission, you are then purchasing my labor. This will allow you the privilege but not sole copyrights or properties to display or use the art that was commissioned for personal use only. If you wish to purchase partial rights for use of my work for commercial purposes, we can discuss more in details over coffee and biscuits. (aka: Private messages)
3.) 50% of payment is required before work will take place and the rest upon completion before the high-res data will be released to you.
If assignment is ended before completion. Depending on the amount of time invested into the project will determine if a refund is owed. This right is held solely by myself and a refund will be issued accordingly per my discretion.
4.) You are only allowed three "re-do's." If more is necessary, there will be additional fees accessed to which will add to the total amount due upon completion or at the ending of the assignment.
What this basically means is that if you quit halfway, I am still owed my dues for my labor.
5.) If you post my work online or for use as signatures/etc, I would greatly appreciate if you can provide credit and to please provide a reference back to me by either listing my name "Pure Lucidity" or by providing a link to my deviant art account: Pure-lucid.deviantart.com
